BURLINGTON HOUSE

The South End House project aimed to renovate a house originally built in the 60’s to accommodate the needs of a young modern growing family. The footprint of the house increased from approximately 1,935 GSF to 2,440 GSF and with that the house gained space for a mudroom, a master suite, a laundry room, as well as more generous storage space. The main house footprint stayed the same, while the garage was demolished to open space for the new addition. Most of the existing house walls were maintained, with minor modifications that help provide more open and generous spaces.
