Project Glowstick converted a rough metal industrial/manufacturing building into approximately 36,000 square feet of office space for Dealer.Com. High-bay spaces were maintained with industrial elements transformed into fun and funky workspces that are consistent with other Dealer.Com facilities and brand image. Notable features include:
New windows and skylights, and opaque overhead doors replaced with storefront glazing
New bridge connects levels and provides access
Thermal insulation upgrades
Cellulose acoustic insulation added to ceilings
Cafe and game room
Bicycle storage and showers
