The Lakeview House was planned for a narrow infill site on Lakeview Terrace, Burlington, VT. The site constraints led to a vertical layout for this two-and-a-half bedroom single-family house, taking advantage of the unobstructed view of Lake Champlain. Sitting on the edge of a cliff, Lakeview House is a unique contemporary dwelling in Vermont.
