PEARL STREET APARTMENTS

Smith Buckley Architects worked with Redstone Development to design rental apartments on an urban site in downtown Burlington, VT. The new building is located on the former site of a historic home built in the 1820s, which was destroyed by fire in 2011.
Located near the intersection of Pearl Street and South Union Street the building consists of three stories plus basement and common roof deck. The apartments will house the following unit sizes:
Studio: 460 sf
1-bedroom: 560 sf
2-bedroom: 900 sf
This project opened for rentals in December 2015.
