Smith Buckley Architects led the design team in working with the Owner of the Innovation Center of Vermont and a general contractor to assemble a winning design-build proposal for this new outpatient facility.  This proposal included a schematic design for the facility, which was developed through completion in collaboration with all team members and the Veterans Administration and representatives from their health care leadership. Key features of the design include:

Clinic area = 17,600 square feet
Layout maximizes access to natural light for both staff and patients
Program includes exam rooms, specimen collection and testing laboratory, audiology booth, rehab, vision care, and mental health counseling and group therapy rooms.
